Nashik News: In a tragic accident on the Nashik-Pune Highway near Manegaon (Sinnar), a promising young man from Baragaon Pimpri lost his life. Gaurav Shankar Ugale, 27, was driving home in his Swift car (MH 14 TS 6744) from Sangamner to Sinnar when the fatal accident occurred on Thursday night, October 10, around 10:15 PM. Gaurav’s car reportedly slipped near a speed breaker and overturned multiple times, landing in a roadside drain. The impact caused severe head injuries to Gaurav, while his companion sustained minor injuries. Despite efforts to rush him to a private hospital in Sinnar, doctors declared Gaurav dead on arrival.

Gaurav was actively involved in agriculture and also worked in the housing loan sector. His father, Shankar Ugale, is engaged in borewell services. Gaurav was their only son, and his sudden death has left the community in deep grief. His funeral was held early Friday morning in Baragaon Pimpri amid a somber atmosphere.
