The CIDCO Lottery 2024 will be implemented in three phases. The first phase involves registration and document submission, followed by payment processing in the second phase. The final phase will include the lottery draw for allocation of homes. While official information has been published, some applicants are facing issues accessing the website and getting responses to their queries, causing frustration for many hopefuls.

Out of the 26,000 homes, 13,000 are allocated for economically weaker sections (EWS), and another 13,000 homes are available for low-income groups (LIG). The majority of the homes are concentrated in Taloja, making up nearly 50% of the total offering. Homes in other locations like Khandeshwar, Mansarovar, and Kharkopar are also available as part of the lottery. (CIDCO lottery 2024 available homes)

This initiative is part of CIDCO’s ongoing effort to make affordable housing accessible to the common man, especially for those who have long aspired to own a home in Navi Mumbai. The scheme is expected to alleviate housing shortages and provide relief to middle- and low-income families in the region.

Stay tuned for more updates and make sure to apply soon as the registration deadline approaches.
