Epic Universe: Universal Orlando Resort is set to open its highly anticipated Epic Universe theme park on May 22, 2025, marking a significant milestone in theme park entertainment. This expansive new park will offer more than 50 attractions spread across five immersive worlds: The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, Celestial Park, and Dark Universe.

The park will be anchored by the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a 500-room property that promises breathtaking views and a dedicated entrance to Epic Universe for hotel guests. Karen Irwin, president and COO of Universal Orlando Resort, expressed excitement for the upcoming launch, stating, “This is such a pivotal moment for our destination. With the addition of this spectacular new theme park, our guests will embark on an unforgettable vacation experience with a week’s worth of thrills that will be nothing short of epic!”

Tickets for Epic Universe will go on sale starting October 22, offering various multi-day options and vacation packages that include admission to all Universal parks. Reservations for the Universal Helios Grand Hotel will also open on the same date, allowing guests to secure their stays beginning May 22, 2025.

In a special offer, Universal Orlando annual passholders will have the opportunity to purchase single-day tickets to Epic Universe starting October 24, ahead of the general public. With the introduction of Epic Universe, Universal Orlando will solidify its status as a premier week-long vacation destination, boasting four theme parks and 11 hotels.
