Similarly, several parts of Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, and Ratnagiri have also recorded above-average rainfall this October.

The IMD has also forecast thunderstorms in parts of Marathwada, including Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Beed, and in Vidarbha, affecting cities such as Amravati, Akola, and Yavatmal.
