Launched in January 2020, TVS iQube has become the first choice of people. The scooter has achieved a sales figure of 8 lakhs in 6 years. It took 52 months to sell the first 3 lakh units, while the next 5 lakh units were sold in just 20 months. This includes 1,05,357 vehicles from October to December 2025. Annual wholesale sales of iQube are expected to touch 3 lakh units for the first time in FY 2026. TVS Motor Company’s first and flagship electric scooter, the TVS iQube, will reach this mark by the end of December 2025. The iCube scooter reached TVS dealers across the country.
According to Siam’s E-Two Wheeler data, a total of 8,24,181 iQube scooters have been shipped from the factory since January 2020. TVS also exported 4,045 icubes abroad. Total iQube production from FY 2020 to December 2025 is 8,31,263 units.
The demand for scooters is constantly increasing
It took over 3 years to sell the first 1 lakh iQubes in India, but only 10 months to reach 1 lakh to 2 lakh. 3 lakh units were completed by early April 2024, 52 months after launch. It took just 17 months to reach from 3,00,001 to 7,00,000 units, while the journey from 7,00,001 to 8,00,000 units was completed in just 3 months. This shows the growing demand for this flagship electric scooter from TVS.
This scooter offers a range of up to 150 km
The TVS iQube is available in a total of 6 variants and 12 color options with battery options ranging from 2.2 kWh to 5.3 kWh. The on-road price of the Delhi scooter is Rs 1.15 lakh to Rs 1.72 lakh. It gets a 4.4kW BLDC hub-motor, which delivers around 33Nm of torque and has a top speed of around 7578 km/h depending on the variant. The 2.2kWh model’s battery takes about 2 hours 45 minutes to charge from 0 to 80 percent, while the 3.4kWh version takes about 4 hours and 30 minutes. The 5.1kWh ST variant offers a range of around 150 km in real-world use and charges in around 4 hours and 18 minutes with a 950W off-board charger.
