KTM 390 Adventure R Launch: KTM has launched its most powerful bike KTM 390 Adventure R for adventure enthusiasts in India. Its ex-showroom price in Delhi has been kept at Rs 3,77,915. Interestingly, the use of tube-based tires makes it cheaper than its older model by around Rs. 20,000 is cheaper.

1. Powerful engine and power
First let’s talk about the engine of the bike. The KTM 390 Adventure R is powered by a 398.63 cc liquid-cooled single cylinder DOHC engine. This engine generates 46 PS of power at 8,500 rpm and 39 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. It has a 6-speed gearbox, which perfectly balances speed and power.
2. Special design for off-roading
Elevated Ground Clearance – It has 272 mm high ground clearance to avoid stones and rough roads.
Suspension – You can customize the front and rear suspension as per your requirement. It can push up to 230mm to easily absorb the shocks of bad roads, which is much higher than the old model.
Big Wheels – The bike has 21-inch spoke wheels at the front and 18-inch spoke wheels at the rear, fitted with knobby tires that provide good grip in the mud.
3. Hi-tech facilities and security
Braking – It has 320 mm front and 240 mm rear disc brakes. It also has off-road ABS, which allows you to control the rear wheel of the bike on slippery roads.
Smart Screen – The bike has a 5 inch color TFT display. You can connect it to your phone and use it for calls, music and navigation. It has a standard USB Type-C port for charging the phone.
4. Appearance and weight
This bike looks very stylish. Its frame is painted in KTM’s signature orange color. The seat height of this bike is 880 mm and total weight is 183 kg.
