Shortly after being let go by Dallas, Phillips shared a photo of himself in a Bills jersey on social media, hinting at his hope to rejoin Buffalo. Phillips previously spent four seasons with the Bills, where he showcased some of his best performances, including a standout 2019 season with 9.5 sacks and 31 tackles.

Phillips would bring valuable depth to Buffalo’s defensive line if he were to rejoin the team.
