Daniel Ricciardo, Formula 1 driver and big fan of the Buffalo Bills, will be at his first home game in Week 9.
It might be more accurate to call Highmark Stadium “hallowed ground,” because all Buffalo Bills fans hope to get there at some point in their lives. Famed Formula One driver Daniel Ricciardo is one of the Bills fans going to his first home game in Orchard Park this week when the Bills play the Miami Dolphins in Week 9.
The Bills shared a film Sunday morning showing the driver with friends in the infamous Hammer’s Lot:
Ricciardo has raced in Formula One since 2011, most recently for the RB Formula One team. He has been a member of the Bills Mafia for several years and first praised the team’s “cool” shirts and loyal fans in a podcast in 2021. He also quickly took a liking to quarterback Josh Allen, and who could blame him? The two crossed paths and became fast friends. Recently, they were praised for their “bromance” in a Beats by Dre ad campaign.
The game against the Dolphins on Sunday will be Ricciardo’s first at Highmark Stadium. He has been to a few Bills games over the years. The Bills’ social media video makes it look like he’ll have a good time no matter what, so let’s hope Buffalo wins its first game at Orchard Park.
