The 43-year-old socialite and DJ documented the event on her Instagram Stories, giving fans a glimpse into the mesmerizing setup. Giant teacups, pastel-colored mushrooms, and life-sized statues of beloved characters like the Cheshire Cat filled the garden. “Setting up for a special birthday today!” Hilton teased, inviting followers to guess the party’s theme.

Hilton shared photos posing with her husband, Carter Reum, and little London, who wore a cute pink outfit. Hilton herself dazzled in a skirt adorned with an Alice in Wonderland print and a classic black headband reminiscent of the fictional Alice. “London in Slivington!” Hilton wrote, exclaiming, “Happy 1st Birthday London!!!”
