Contractual humps

To maintain the academic balance, the university has recruited as many as 133 professors seasonally from its own funds. Experts say that even though the educational work is running smoothly due to this, it is not of long-term use. The process of full-time research is being interrupted, and there is no scope for development as a professor. Alternatively, it is only a temporary bandage.

Impact on educational standards

The university is known throughout the country as a research-oriented university. From the main scientific advisors of the country to the leaders of the social sector, many people have been formed in this university. However, since the recruitment of professors has stopped for 12 years, research has been adversely affected. At the same time, the educational standard is also declining. Due to non-availability of permanent faculty, many departments have been shut down.
