Pune University: Savitribai Phule University has released the schedule for the winter session exams in affiliated colleges. The Practical exams are underway, and written exams will take place from December 1, creating a post-Diwali exam atmosphere across all colleges.
After the disruptions caused by the pandemic, the educational schedule of the university is gradually resuming. Written exams for the October-November session are now scheduled for December. The university’s examinations and evaluation board is working diligently to manage this.
In the science and technology faculty, most Practical exams have already been completed by December. The written exams for all faculties will be held in the first week of December and January.
For students with expired PRN blocks, the university is offering two exam opportunities. The examination department is preparing for these exams urgently, and meeting numbers and hall tickets will be ready for the concerned students by November 30. This allows these students to take exams alongside regular students starting from December 1, as mentioned by Dr. Mahesh Kakade, director of the University Examination and Evaluation Department.
This decision directly benefits around 88000 students whose sessions have concluded. They now have the chance to complete their degrees. Currently, these students are in the process of filling out exam forms, with completion expected by Saturday (25th)
