SPPU Exam Date 2024: Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has released the schedule for the October-November exams across various courses. The university has announced that most exams will commence from 22nd October 2024, with some written examinations for higher-level courses beginning as late as 12th November.
The university’s Examination and Evaluation Board has provided detailed guidelines and information for students. The exam timetable will be published progressively on the official SPPU website, ensuring students are updated with the latest exam schedules.
Offline Mode for All Courses
For the academic year 2024-25, SPPU has decided to conduct the exams in offline mode. This applies to all regular and backlog exams for diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs. The written and practical exams for eligible students will begin from 22nd October and will be held in a phased manner.
College-Level Exam Organization for First-Year Courses
The first-year exams for diploma and traditional undergraduate programs in Arts, Commerce, and Science, along with the first-year Law courses, will be organized at the college level. Colleges will handle responsibilities such as creating exam timetables, preparing question papers, organizing exams, and evaluating answer sheets. Marks will be uploaded using the university’s secure internal system.

University-Level Exams for Higher Years
For all higher-year students, including those pursuing professional and undergraduate degrees, the university will manage the examination process centrally. SPPU will handle the timetables, question papers, and evaluation for these students. According to Circular No. 125, exams for these courses will be conducted similarly to past years, and colleges must submit examiner lists and schedules to the examination department well in advance. Failure to comply may result in withheld results for the respective colleges.
